Mechanic Assistant

We’re hiring a Mechanic Assistant to support the maintenance and repair of company vehicles and equipment. This is a great opportunity to grow your mechanical skills while learning from an experienced team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trucks, trailers, skid steers, small engine repair and other asphalt and construction equipment
- Help disassemble, clean, and replace parts like brakes, hoses, filters, and belts
- Support tire changes, fluid checks, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Organize tools, parts, and supplies
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Travel to jobsites with the mechanic team as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of mechanical experience preferred (or strong interest and aptitude to learn)
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working on vehicles and around heavy equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and follow directions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
- Own basic hand tools (preferred, but not required)
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in construction or equipment maintenance
- CDL or interest in obtaining one
Work Schedule & Location:
- This is a Monday – Friday and every other Saturday required
- Primary work location is in Commerce City
- Travel to job sites along the Front Range as needed
Total Compensation:

Sales Account Executive

DACS is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for qualifying leads and generating sales by identifying and qualifying project opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for asphalt and concrete products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other relevant organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Provide technical expertise to customers on products, including specifications and best practices.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure project profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and stay current on industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market research.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the team.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Total Compensation:
