Challenge
Corden Pharma wanted to increase functional parking for their facility. They had a dirt area they were using as makeshift parking that they wanted to convert into a more functional and efficient parking lot. They also had parking areas that were in need of sealcoating to extend the life of the asphalt and improve the aesthetics.
Solution
DACS implemented a full reconstruction of the dirt areas to place concrete pans for water flow and new asphalt parking areas. The pre-existing asphalt parking areas were sealcoated to extend the life of the asphalt and improve looks.
